All individual articles, videos, content and other elements comprising this Site are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all copyright notices or restrictions contained in this Site.
4. What happens if you post content. Please be aware that by posting or submitting content on or to this Site (regardless of the form or medium of such content, whether text, videos, photographs, audio or otherwise), you are giving FGT, and its affiliates, agents and third party contractors, the unfettered right to display or publish such content on this Site and its affiliated publications (either in the form submitted or in the form of a derivative or adapted work), to store such content, and to distribute such content and use such content for promotional and marketing purposes. You agree that FGT may, or may permit users to, based solely on functionality provided and enabled by this Site, compile, re-edit, adapt or modify your video submission, or create derivative works therefrom, either on a stand-alone basis or in combination with other video content. FGT or its licensees are free to display and publish the same (as so compiled, re-edited, adapted or modified) for any period of time.
5. Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own submissions and the consequences of posting or our publishing your submissions on this Site. You represent that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize FGT to use all trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all such submissions to enable us to include and use such submissions on the Site; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in such submissions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of such submissions on the Site. 6. Notice and Take Down Procedures; Copyright Agent. In our "Daily Fix" column, we publish short reviews and articles on producers of creative content and may, in some cases, post previously published material in the context of a written entry. If you want us to remove an entry from "The Daily Fix," please contact us.
In all other cases, If you believe any material accessible on this Site infringes your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) from this Site by contacting FGT’s copyright agent (identified below) and providing the following information:
(a). Please identify the copyrighted work that you believe to be infringed. Please describe the work, and where possible include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
(b). Please identify the material that you believe to be infringing and its location. Please describe the material, and provide us with its URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material.
